Shipping costs within Germany

For orders under €50.00, we charge a postage and packaging fee of €4.50. Orders over €50.00 are free of shipping costs.

Shipping costs in EU member states

For orders under €150.00, we charge a postage and packaging fee of €9.90. Orders over €150.00 are free of shipping costs.

Worldwide shipping

For orders under €250.00, we charge a postage and packaging fee of €16.90. Orders over €250.00 are free of shipping costs.

If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be payable to the relevant authorities there. We recommend checking with the customs or tax authorities for details before ordering.

Delivery times

Delivery in Germany will take place within 2 to 4 working days at the latest, and in all other EU countries within 4 to 8 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after conclusion of the contract.

We ship all deliveries via DHL GoGreen.
